Recent studies have come to light ‘advising’ that flossing your teeth has not be shown to be of additional benefit. Our advice to our patients is to continue the process and floss as much as you can (once a day works).
Its our belief that the behavioural habit involved can ONLY be of help to maintaining and preserving our oral health. So please continue the process, keep the faith, as we feel that there can only be negative results of not doing so.
Brushing twice a day, and spitting and not rinsing the paste you use, and then flossing or cleaning interdentally is what we will continue to recommend.
